Responsibly maintaining and caring for our 70+ (and growing) acres of Nature Reserve is a key to our sustainability. We are proud to be recognized by the MAEAP and will continue to meet their high standards.

ShangriLa Nature Reserve

ShangriLa Nature Reserve was established in 2016 to preserve some of the beautiful and untouched nature of southwest Michigan. Our mission is to provide a place for wildlife to flourish in a natural habitat.

ShangriLa Nature Reserve is 70+ acres of the unexplored and remote forest, wetlands, wildlife, and a small secluded lake (known by the locals as Strawberry Lake).  Home of wildlife including, many deer, raccoon, coyote, bobcat, squirrel, turkey, turtle, frog, fish, birds, and unfortunately many mosquitoes and deer flies, etc.

At ShangriLa Farms, we are dedicated to respecting nature and our environment while sharing the beauty of the land responsibly.
